Why are your products better?

We hold the strictest quality control over what we send to our customers. We are proud of what we make and strive to get your positive review and approval of our products.

 

Why should I buy from you instead of a cheaper app or website?

A lot of designs are stolen, replicated, and mass produced so they are offered for a lot less. If you receive your product (big IF there), then the quality is inferior since it’s mass produced. Your credit card can be compromised since you’re just freely handing them your info. Do not support the fraudulent thieves that are out to rip off consumers and steal from hardworking artisans like us.

 

Do you have a custom design that you’d like us to make for you?

Contact us here and we can discuss your idea. If we are able to make it for you, you’ll have to place an order for this custom order prior to us making the item.

 

Do you provide a "Proof" prior to production?

Not at this time. We may consider this in the future but based on our past experience, this was a major cause of delay in processing, producing, and shipping your order.

 

When will my order ship?

Most of our items are made to order and they are made in the order in which they are received. Our current production time can be found here and we will ship your order after it is made.

Some items are ready to ship and this will be indicated on the item detail page, under the SHIPPING tab. For these items, they will be shipped in less than 2 business days unless they are ordered with an item that is personalized or customized. In that case, they will be shipped after the customized item is made to your specifications.

 

What is “Production time”?

Production time is the amount of time we need to make your gift. Some items need to have time to “cure” so we can’t really rush the production. It’s our goal to meet or beat that published production time. Our current production time can be found here. 

 

What is the shipping time?

This is dependent on the type of shipping and where it’s going. We mostly ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, an UPS Ground from Southern California. Transit times are NOT guaranteed and will depend on weather, time of the year, or misrouting. Since the delivery carrier's delays are out of our control, we cannot promise any delivery dates.

 

Can you make my gift faster than the published production time?

We make the products in the order they’re received. We strive to get your orders shipped out ASAP without compromising the quality.

How do I get a Return Merchandise Authorization for a non-personalized / non-customized item? Contact us here for this authorization. This is a necessary first step for your return or refund.

 

Can you guarantee the delivery date?

We can guarantee the ship-by-date but cannot guarantee the delivery date. USPS/UPS/FedEx can often have delays due to weather and time of the year. Because of that, we CANNOT be responsible for their transit delays.

 

Will my item look exactly like the picture? How accurate are your colors?

What you see is the most accurate representation that we can get with a professional DSLR camera. Individual monitor calibration settings can slightly alter the appearance of the colors.
